July has been a busy month for AVS.

Here are a few examples of what we have been up to!

Security Hut

We performed a deep clean for a new security office on behalf of our client Howard Russell Construction.

We jet washed the external cladding and cleaned windows, frames internally and externally by hand. New flooring was sealed to give it extra protection when the office starts to be used.

Builders clean

Vacant for four years and in a prominent position in the village of Ryton, is Ryton Hotel.

Lane Head Development Ltd have converted this is into flats and office accommodation.

We were asked to do a builders clean to bring the property up to scratch for new tenants. This included both internal/externals window cleaning and flooring!

AVS for your home cleaning needs

A client with a large rental portfolio asked us to complete a pre-tenancy agreement clean.

We performed a deep clean to all off the rooms. This included windows, skirtings, doors, light switches, kitchen suite, bathroom suite and floor coverings. Looks like home!
